I Am 59 Year Old Postmenopausal Woman Who Just Started

I am 59 year old postmenopausal woman who just started using Vagifem 2 weeks ago. Over the past 3 days I have had some discomfort with urination, , perineal pressure and discomfort. I have had no bleeding. Is this associated with the medication or could it coincidentally be something else? I am currently on vacation.
