I Am 59 Year Old Woman, And Had Dytruser Nerve

I am 59 year old woman, and had Dytruser Nerve Dysfunction most of my adult life...(With a deteriorating spine). Now I can't seem to urinate properly...Complete loss of signal after a drop or two, then slowly, small amounts at a time... It feels as if my urine travels back up, and down. Have you ever heard of such a thing?
