I Am 59 Years Old I Was Just Told I

I am 59 years old I was just told i have Tachycardia Paroxysmal ...These fast heart racing are very scary...the first time it happen was after I had neck surgery 2 years ago....then it happen again after I just had robotic hernia surgery 3 weeks ago.....i am wearing a heart monitor now for 2 weeks....my nerves are getting the best of me...is there anything I can do to help me relax....I am scared
