I Am 59 Years Old And Have Just Been Diagnosed

I am 59 years old and have just been diagnosed with breast cancer. I have had implants for 25 years that have now hardened but are placed front of my breastbone with saline. I am not sure yet what surgery will have but I would want reconstruction surgery preferrably at time of surgery. If it is advised to weight for this then I will. I want to know what happens to my existing implants at time of surgery. Are they just removed or would they be left in as they are? My tumors are near my nipples as invasive lobular cancer, stage 1. Thanks.
