I Am 59 Years Old Man Who Suffers With ED

I am 59 years old man who suffers with ED for more than 5 years. My testosterone reads 4.91 that is in the normal range. My E.S.R.( Westergren) result reads 28 far above the normal range and CHLORIDE result reads 111.7 that is again far above the normal range. Other lab results are oaky. I have breathing problem and chest pain ones a while.

i used different herbals without prescription and once in a while viagra before I see the doctor.
Now I made all lab for blood and the result is as above but the doctor prescribed me Tadalafil that is the same as Viagra that has not been effective for me. Shall I take the new pill Tadalafil or do you prescribe me a new pill?
