I Am 59 Y.o. And Was In The E.r. For

I am 59 y.o. and was in the e.r. for extreme ankle swelling. I was then given an ekg and it ststes: repolarization abnormality, consider inferior ischemia. interval change in repolorization abnormality, now more marked. i also had a brain test for global amnesia two years ago twice, and was told there was s problem with uptake. what does this mean?
