I Am 59 Yr Old Female Medical Receptionist. My Rheumatologist

I am 59 yr old female medical receptionist. My rheumatologist diagnosed me with OA and lately symptoms have worsened. Low back pain, numbness and unsteady gait almost like drop-foot when walking at times
Pelvic girdle goes totally numb as do upper legs and radiates to lower legs. Had two Reclast injections
in two years. Is what I am experiencing the same thing as saddle anesthesia? I have heard the term inthe past and am curious of symptoms and what could be forthcoming. Both knees are in excrutiating pain and I am pretty certain it is from repetitive pushing back on the floor with feet to move my wheeled and elevated chair. I do lower the chair until my feet rest on the floor. Any suggestions?
