I Am 59 Yr Old Woman That Is Having Pain

I am 59 yr old woman that is having pain in stomach and bowel area. I feel bloated and painful to move around a lot. I feel better if I do not eat. Have watery, frequent stools, headache and has been going on for 3 days. Pain is getting better as long as I don't eat.
