I Am 6 Days Late On My Period Two Days

I am 6 days late on my period two days ago I took a home pregnancy test and it was negative. My last period was April 27,2016.
Lose of appetite at times ,moody, cloudy when I pee,headaches, my ribs on the left side hurt, and a fuzzy like head! Could I be pregnant but really early? Need help
