I Am 6 Weeks Post Partum. I Have A Warming

I am 6 weeks post partum. I have a warming feeling inside my abdomen a couple of inches to the left of my belly button. It's not warm to the touch. It's warm inside. I've thought several times that there was warm water in my shirt but there is not. It's just a warm feeling inside that comes and goes. Not painful though.
