I Am 6 Weeks Pregnant. I Saw Sudafed On The

I am 6 weeks pregnant. I saw sudafed on the safe list. I bought sudafed PE, not knowing there was a difference. I took one pill today. I am now reading that it is category c and can be very harmful. But, I'm also reading that it's on some of the safe medications lists. I am worried that I have harmed the baby or will cause malformations.
