I Am 60. I Have Swollen Labia Minora With Itchiness

I am 60. I have swollen labia minora with itchiness and with spotty bleeding. Likely from scratching; which I try hard not to do. I feel very, very dry in this region. When I urinate, the entire area burns. I am using feminine wipes to clean with, I am cleaning with warm water. I am patting dry. I have tried anti fungal creams (self prescribed0. nothing is working. Your advice please. It almost seems like I have become allergic to myself. Is that possible? About a year ago I had an outbreak and was prescribed a cream (myo something) to used and was told that I could be pre=cancerous. I have not followed up. I had a hysto with one remaining ovary when I was 47. Had endometriosis at that time.
