I Am 60 Female. For One Year I Have Been

I am 60 female. For one year I have been using estrodial cream and testosterone cream under the direction of my physician. I also take a progesterone cap at night. I have thyroid disease and take thyroid replacement. In the past 3 months I have developed a dark coloring on my upper lip, like a mustache. I also have noticed hair loss.
Any insight or suggestions? No, I have not yet seen my doctor about these things.
