I Am 60 Year Old. I Was Operated Bypass Surgery

I am 60 year old. I was operated bypass surgery In 1998, than in Jan 1999 coronary angioplasty by Dr. T.s kler. I am taking medication. Clopido. Asprin 75, atrowastin 20, and telmasarten h 40. These days we take in addition nikardia reta.20 and k cor 5 (or calcigard 5). Due to high b.presser in winter.
These days I feel weekness. Pain in hipps ,Thai, arms solder ,and frozen solder etc. Suggest me which mediation I take or notake.
