I Am 60 Year Old Woman. I Have Osteoarthritis And

I am 60 year old woman. I have osteoarthritis and I am having headaches and throbbing pain down my spine like the pulse of the heart. I am having pin sticks in my arms and my shoulders hurt. I know I have bulging disk c5 c6 and c7. I have lumbar issues and am getting steroid shots there to stop the pain down my leg to my foot. I don't know what the pulsing is? I don't know what is going on with my shoulders?
