I Am 60 Years Old, I Have Had An Issue

I am 60 years old, I have had an issue for 4 months now that when I do a huge yawn, it hurts and something moves on my left side of my neck. I have to push it back in. When I touch the bump on my left side of the neck it's tender. And I have a dry cough at night, and yes, I have a mister running in my room at night.
