I Am 60 Yrs Old., I Felt Tingling N Numbness

I am 60 yrs old., I felt tingling n numbness on my foot. I have chest n neck pain, I also have stomach ache. My sugar is 100 n below but, I'm taking Rosuvastatine n Losartan but blood test looks fine. I also take Lyrica for my numbness but its not helping me. I also take Pantoprazole n Isosorbide for my chest pain. please help me to figure out what is this kind of pain cuz until now im still having this pain. Thanks! Delia
