I Am 60 Yrs Old And Is On The Following

I am 60 yrs old and is on the following medication for dm2, cholosterol,nerve pain, bp

Metformin 500 sr . Od
Tazlock 20 mg. Od
Rosuvastatin 10. Od
Pregabalin 75. Bd

I have been asked to add renerve cap also. Please let me have your expert opinion and dosage etc.
