I am 60year old fit female have just come of hrt and the hot flashes have returned with a vengeance 3 or 4 an hour through the day and continually through the night pyjamas wet with sweat then shivering with cold obviously I'm not sleeping much can you help ? Have been trying sage for 5 weeks with no change .
