I Am 61 And Had A Hysteroscopy At The End

I am 61 and had a hysteroscopy at the end of June. I am scheduled for a complete hysterectomy in September. I cannot get rid of the UTI I got immediately post-op. I have been through 2 courses of antibiotics. There was an apesiotomy done during the hysteroscopy. How do I get rid of this infection?
