I Am 61 Year Old Female, Weigh 173 Pounds, And

I am 61 year old female, weigh 173 pounds, and am healthy. I do not have high blood pressure. The only medication I take is levothyroxin. I have noticed bulging veins in my left temple. There is no pain or headache associated with this. There is no vein popping on the right temple. I do not know if it is a vein or an artery. Is there reason to be concerned?
