I Am 61 Yrs. Of Age And Since Last Fall

I am 61 yrs. of age and since last fall have been dealing with issues with the skin around the orbital socket area--red, puffy, itchy, and dry despite my regular skin care regime. I never know from one day to the next how it will look and have used numerous moisturizers, cortisone cream, Aquaphore. Haven't changed my eating habits, don't have any known allergies and am at my wits end to know what could be causing this.
