I Am 61 Yrs Old And Was Diagnoised With Lymphedema

I am 61 yrs old and was diagnoised with Lymphedema on both lower legs July 2017. I also need knee replacement on right knee. I live in San Antonio, Texas and I am unable to find a doctor here that can do the knee replacement , due to having the lymphedema. Do you know of any doctors here in SA that I can go and see in regards to this matter? I have called a few orthopedic Drs and they well not see me, unless I have a referral from a lymphedema dr. But that's the problem, I cannot find a lymphedema Dr to get the referral. HELP
