I Am 62 And Fell And Hit The Left Side

I am 62 and fell and hit the left side of my head very hard almost 2 weeks ago. I am now seeing black spots and having some double vision and blurring. Other symptoms of dizziness and just feeling very out of sorts have improved. I still feel just some balance issues if I move or turn too fast. Do you think I should follow up with my doctor?
