I am 62 and have OA in both knees. In 2006, I had a total knee replacement of my right knee. Eight years later my left knee was replaced. In 2015, my right knee cap was completely removed. I have pain in both knees now. I am about 6' tall and weigh 275lb. Stairs and ladders are very hard to negotiate. What are my options so that the pain doesn't hamper my mobility?
