I am 62 black female, 5'6", 209.4 lbs and had a complete histerectomy a year ago. I am being treated for hypertension (Losartan 100mg). After the surgery I started to experience hot flashes and the doctor recommended Relizen which has helped some. However I am now having a hard getting to sleep and staying asleep. I will use zzzzzquil which helps. My question will l lack of sleep impact my blood pressure?
