I Am 62, Had Chickenpox As A Child And Have

I am 62, had chickenpox as a child and have been diagnosed with shingles 3 times in my life. I had the Shingles vaccine when I turned 60. Today I have a round, raised slightly itchy and painful to the touch lesion that has a very slight hint of a pustule in the middle. I accidentally scratched it under my nightgown this morning so perhaps that is the cause of the 'pustule'? How urgently to do need to go see a healthcare provider?
