I Am 62 Year Old Female In Good Health. I

I am 62 year old female in good health. I got sick Monday with headache and sore throat. It has progressed to extreme coughing, loss of voice, ear and throat irritation, cold symptoms and fatigue. No fever but over counter meds not helping. Each day is worse instead of better. At what point do I need to see a doctor?
