I Am 62 Years Old, 5' 10" 212 Lbs. With

I am 62 years old, 5' 10" 212 lbs. with a medium belly!
In the last 6 months I have noticed a numbness is my toes more pronounced on my baby toe's and right foot. Also have had a bout with left knee Bakers cyst that was drained and give shots. Seemed to go away on it's own after 6-8 months, Now right knee is starting to get stiff and ache allot! What are your thoughts on both
