I Am 62 Years Old, 5 Feet Tall, And Weigh

I am 62 years old, 5 feet tall, and weigh 130 pounds. Woke up two nights ago with vomiting and diarrhea. That continued through the day along with a sever headache, gurgling stomach, burping, and lack of energy. Today I still have a headache and lack energy but that is better, No more vomiting, but continued diarrhea and gurgling abdomen and burping.
