I Am 62 Years Old And No Health Problems, A

I am 62 years old and no health problems, a week ago I had a physical which included a rectal exam. Since then I have had several bowel movements with blood, sometimes the water even turns red. The blood is a huge amount and bright red when wiping. I recently lost my job and tomorrow is the last day for my insurance coverage...what should I do?
