I am 62 yr old and I have Lupus. Five days ago, I fell against the bathroom heater that was off cabinet and think I went to ER just bruised I am black and blue. Sprang my hand and foot. Am very sore between breast and waist from midline to my side. Deep breaths hurt to get up to go to bathroom I cry and I am keeping ice and then heat on it all the time help ...
