I Am 63 And I Still Get My Period And

I am 63 and I still get my period and after my vaginal wetness smells so much and itches I have to change under garments 2 - 3 times daily it is embarrassing I am now retired but it stops me from going out. I had several tests done and they say I don't have anything. Is it normal to discharge so much and stink.
