I Am 63 In Very Good Health A Non Smoker

I am 63 in very good health a non smoker - I do have HBP and Cholesterol - Had a Stent put in 10 yrs ago but no additional clogs since - Taking 10-40 Amlodipine-Benazepril, Zetia 10mg, and just recently added Dextroamp-Amphet ER 20 MG for recent diagnosis of ADHD
In the past two yrs I have noticed a deep pressure in the center of my chest between stomach and Lungs
It is deep, spread a bit across top of stomach and up to bottom of lungs and has progressed
This last week it has turned to a constant pressure and breathing gets difficult. Not to point of not breathing but having to breath deep - If I sleep I wake up felling relieved but it slowly start building again and by 5pm it seems to peak

Any ideas?
