I Am 63 Male With A Numbness And Tingling And

I am 63 male with a numbness and tingling and sometimes (Yesterday) a burning sensation on the right side of my neck running down to my shoulder. I did have a T I A last year it passed through my right optic nerve,(went blind for an hour) in my right eye. Wondering if that has anything to do with this or is it just something new.
