I Am 63 Yo Woman I Have Congestive Heart Failure

I am 63 yo woman I have congestive heart failure and kidney failure take thyroid medical tion blood pressure medicine and when I get up to walk across the floor or do my job which is cutting hair, my arms and legs cramp or tense up and I start to sweat profusely. I then to get very weak and sometimes I almost pass out. What is going on?
