I Am 63 Yr Old Female. I Have Been Having

I am 63 yr old female. I have been having a lot of blood when I clear my throat. Used to only be in morning but now happens almost anytime. I had ct scan of chest. Nothing found. Had a laryngoscope procedure. Nothing showed. Nose seems clear. Mostly feel it in my throat area and back of mouth. Began about three or four months ago. Any suggestions or since tests were clear just ignore it? Non smoker.
