I Am 63 Yrs. Old And For Years Ow Have

I am 63 yrs. old and for years ow have had traces of blood in my urine. I had an urinalysis done recently and was told I had Diphtheroids in my urine. Also have been told one kidney is smaller then the other are these things to be concerned about? thanks oh I am female
