I Am 63yo Female And Have Had Dizziness X3 Weeks..i

I am 63yo female and have had dizziness x3 weeks..i have been going to physical therapist for vertigo with a little improvement...should I go for further testing? it is not an infection ...I have a hx of crohns disease and htn. family hx of lou gerhigs disease
