I Am 63yr Olf Female, Good Health Except Elevated Cholesterol

I am 63yr olf female, good health except elevated cholesterol and thyroid issues. Weight of 170. However, yesterday I had start electric pains in my chest. Today has been great until just now had heavy pressure in the chest that went to my neck and right jaw. It lasted about 10 or 15 min. Also dizziness. Once it passed I feel ok. Any ideas???
