I Am 64 And Have Recently Started To Have Shortness

I am 64 and have recently started to have shortness of breath, swollen feet and sometimes hands, fatigue , sleepiness and generally no energy. Does this sound like congestive heart failure? Had several tests 3 years ago and was told I have a perfect heart. I recently started Olanzapine for depression. Could it be the new meds.
