I Am 64 Year Old Woman. Basic Good Health. I

I am 64 year old woman. Basic good health. I have been feeling run down, tired, overall lack of energy. Went to my doctor and my hemoglobin blood result was 10. He said I may have some internal bleeding. I was going to make an appointment with a Gastro doctor. Do you think this is a good idea? Do you consider '10' low?
