I Am 64 Years Old And Had Sex On Sunday.

I am 64 years old and had sex on Sunday. It hurt quite a lot, (which I had expected), but today (Wednesday, 9-23), I have flu like symptoms, (aching, tiredness, flushed but no fever). It hurts/burns to urinate; urine is cloudy but has no odor, frequent urination, my genitals are still somewhat sore on the outside. Might I have a bladder infection and should I drink some cranberry juice. Thanks much!
