I Am 65, Male. Last Friday I Had A Bipolar

I am 65, male. Last Friday I had a bipolar TURP at St Lukes hospital. Yesterday I had the catheter removed. I am passing urine and a little blood. about once an hour. My penis throbs for a couple minutes after urinating. I think I am draining, but may have some clotting that is working its way through. I took a percocet and it helps the pain. Should I drink more, less, or do something else. The pain is moderate and passes.
