I Am 65 Year Old Man From Bangalore, India And

I am 65 year old man from Bangalore, India and a COPD Type II patient since 2010. I have been managing all these years with minimum 15 hours of home oxygen, nebulization with budecart and duolin, duolin inhaler besides taking AB Phylline 100 mg capsules twice a day. However in the last 10 days I am having severed breathing problems and on two occasions I passed urine and on one occasion stools. Two days back while having my lunch food got stuck in the wind pipe and for one hour at a stretch I gasped for breathing. can you help me with your advice.My oxygen saturation at room temp is 84% but with oxygen support it is 97/98%
