I Am 65 Years Old And Suffer From Disbities Type

I am 65 years old and suffer from disbities type 2 about 20 years first I controll with diet starting from 10 years I cannot control so take medicine,Now I am taking milformin 1000 and diamicron 60 mg in morning and metformin 1000 mg and diamicron 60 mg in dinner time the whole day I can controll but fasting time it was about 180 and up.I control diet also what your suggestion.
