I Am 65 Years Old, Healthy, Was Just Taking Usual

I am 65 years old, healthy, was just taking usual 6-mile speed walk and suddenly my vision became blurred. Bilateral. Felt like a brain control thing rather than eyes. Lasted 5 minutes. I do get migraines, but never had this happen before. Not sure what, if anything, to do.
