I Am 65 Years Old. There Is Slight Swelling Red

I am 65 years old. there is slight swelling red at left bottom foreskin of penis. There is slight paining at the skin when foreskin is pulled back. No marks or pain in penis . No sexual intercourse for past 6 years. I have done sex with my wife only prior to 6 years. She died of cancer in Nov.2020, after suffering for 20 months.
However I have masturbated only two times in the past 6 months when felt lonely and very sad.
Untill last month month I was taking novamox amoxicillin tables daily for even cold. I was taking 10 dates a day during last fortnight..However I am having digestion problem for the past 30 years.
When discussed with my close friend, as suggested by his family doctor can I take Tablet FLAGYL 400 and apply CUTISOFT cream
