I Am 65 Years Old With A Lot Of Back

I am 65 years old with a lot of back problems Currently going to therapy. I have ED and sometimes take Viagra. Now I am having a problem ejaculating. I have reduced sensation and numbness in my pelvic area. I have had prostate exams and psa tests which have been good. It feels like I am going to ejaculate and I feel pressure but noth9ing happens.
