I Am 65 Yo Male With Extreme Anxiety. I Have

I am 65 yo male with extreme anxiety. I have always suffered from severe bashful bladder and social phobias. I was taking 2mg of clonazepam in divided doses and doing fine for once in my life. Now my dr. retired and I can't find anyone willing to treat me on a medical basis so I can atleast get out some around people and desensitize. Do you recommend benzos short periods of time to distress and try to get getter adjusted.
ps been battling social phobia, paruria, and axiety so bad I shake and feel electricity going through me.
